Brodard chateau is always a crowd pleaser. The ambiance here is more upscale than the normal Brodard. You also get better service. Food tastes the same. Nem nuong - crowd pleaser everytime. Get this. Coconut shrimp roll - skip. It was odd. Ahi tuna roll - skip. Rather get sushi. Mango salad - skip. Mango was too ripe and vinaigrette was not the best. Pho ap chao - get this. Very good here. Noodles are crispy and sauce is flavorful. Garlic noodles with chicken - decent. Good for kids. Shaken beef - Decent. Really small portion and it is on the more saucy side. Duck salad - get this. Duck is tender and plentiful. Vinaigrette is good. Overall it's a yummy spot. Would come back here. Also great for celebrations!

I'm not what I consider a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine, but I am a fan of Brodard Chateau. The interior is classy; the food presentation and preparation so attractive and tasty; and they offer good, strong cocktails, too (including their Lychee Martini; their straight gin or vodka martinis are powerful, as well)! I've learned that I don't care for the sweetness that cooked daikon adds to a dish; I didn't care for some of the soups with that Japanese radish. I do like the following menu items, to date: *Grilled Pork Spring Rolls *Summer Spring Rolls *Salt Pepper Calamari (the lightest batter, with the most flavorful calamari we've ever tasted!) *Steamed Sea Bass *Shaken Beef *Beef & String Bean in XO sauce *Scallops in black bean sauce *Seafood Rice Noodles (it's like a noodle pizza) *Seafood Bird's Nest (crispy egg noodle) *Seafood Egg Noodles (both soft noodle and pan-fried) Wonderful customer service: professional and attentive. There are still so many menu items I want to taste!

Came in for a Friday dinner with a +1. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we were seated pretty quickly once we got into the restaurant. We were seated in the room on the right side of the stairway. There wasn't much decoration, but it was very clean. My table ordered the Thai tea, lychee mint tea, nem nuong spring rolls, ribeye roll, and banh khot. The Thai tea was definitely the better drink and the lychee mint tea was more like an unsweeetened mint tea with two crushed lychee. Banh khot and rolls were solid! Would definitely come here again to try more menu items.

I went here for a meeting with Madico. The food is served hot and fresh! Our server was very helpful we also had the vegetable rolls and lamb rolls. They were flavorful and delicious. For lunch I had the beef with salad and it was tender pieces of beef seasoned to perfection. We sat at a round booth with spacious room at the back of the restaurant. We had a great time.

Brodard Chateau is vietnamese food with Cheesecake Factory menu selection in an upscale setting so the ambience is obviously quite nice (but beware the bathrooms). The service is prompt, polite, and customer service oriented. Now this is the Chateau as there is the Restaurant in Fountain Valley (same owners but different menu so make sure not to get confused as not the same experience). The Thai tea is quite nice to balance out any meal. The house specialty vermicelli is a mix of sour, smokey, and savory and has a combination of shrimp, chicken, and pork but is quite a sizeable portion. And the star of course is their spring rolls (whether grilled shrimp or pork) as an appetizer as renown for their varied texture of chewy, crunch, and tender all at the same time. Yes - the prices are a little higher here but if you want a more higher tier eating experience who he is family friendly hard to pass up the opportunity to try.

I ordered some spring rolls online for pickup on my way to pick up my brother from the airport. I managed to eat a couple of these fresh in the parking lot right after picking them up, and oh boy these were some of the best spring rolls I've had! I ordered the grilled pork, grilled shrimp, and rib eye. The rib eye was actually really tasty with the chimichurri dipping sauce, but more of a western flavor profile. The grilled pork and grilled shrimp kind of tasted the same in my opinion, but the crispy egg rolls were a really nice touch. The rolls are pretty large and more filling than you'd expect! Takeout experience was very straightforward and food was ready on time.

I'm Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen was invited to join a friend's 20th anniversary revelry here for a lovely dinner. The restaurant itself has old school elegance. The food was WOW! We enjoyed the shaken beef, coconut shrimp spring rolls, and the garlic noodles with crab and shrimp. Each dish was fresh and had layers of flavor and texture. This is not the typical Vietnamese food, but a style that is a bit more artistically daring. Each plate was equally delicious. We vowed to return very soon in order to try more of the dishes offered. Bravo! The end.

Hannah was very kind and friendly to my family! From the beginning greeted us and made us feel at home. I've visited Broaded a handful of times and always impressed by the service thank you!

Even on a Monday night, there are multiple groups meeting for dinner so it's a little loud. I recommend the honey ginger tea (you'll know you're getting to the end of the pot when it starts getting spicy). Fried King salmon rolls are a kid friendly appetizer. Our server would repeat and rephrase our orders to make sure there were no misunderstandings (glass noodles and vermicelli are not the same!). We liked the beef noodle soup and shrimp spring rolls.
